If you are a platinum or tailor made customer our stock delivery will be with you by 3pm the next business day, if it’s not then you won't pay.

We understand how important it is for our customers to be confident in getting the delivery of the supplies they order. At equationsdirect we don’t want to offer a glib guarantee that your goods will be with you the next day, we want you to be as confident as we are. After all we wouldn’t have much of a business if e didn’t deliver on this guarantee.

*Our by 3 or FREE promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • order being received by Equations Direct before 5:30pm (2:30 for deliveries outside of the M25 and East Anglia area)
  • The delivery address being on a 3pm serviceable van route
  • Guarantee applies to stock items.
  • In cases where the delivery item is missed, the maximum value of the goods to be received for free by customer is £100.
  • Acts of God which prevent Equations Direct from fulfilling this promise are not included in this guarantee.
  • Furniture items are delivered flat packed for self assembly and will be delivered to the UK Mainland within 7 working days. Confirmation of delivery rate will be made by email within 48 hours. Should you require installation we operate a nationwide installation service and will be charged at 8% of the retail cost of the item/s.
