delivery min order- This is
the amount you will need to spend with us each time you order to receive
free delivery on your purchases.
Reams
per month of copier paper 99p - Our 99p paper offer is
made on the basis of the account you select that most suits the criteria
of your business expenditure. We reserve the right to charge our standard
rate for paper for any company or person who does not spend the minimum
monthly amount for a given account type and yet orders the full allocation
of 99p paper.
Premier
A4 copy paper price - This is the price you will pay for
our premier A4 copy paper. For your printing needs that require a higher
standard of finish.
Payment
terms - If you choose to
pay through an equations credit account these are the number of days grace
from the months end that you have to settle your account balance with
us.
Business
account credit limit - This figure is the amount of credit
we will give to an account (subject to status) each month to make purchases.
Price
pledge - We pledge that our prices are the lowest published
standard rates for these products, and should you find any identical product
at a lower price not on special offer then we will match this price and
refund any overpayment you may have made. Should one of our personalised
prices be beaten by any published amount from a reputable company whether
as a special offer or not then we will match the price and apply it to
your account.

post or fax, you'll find our invoices straightforward. And, if you have
any problems, someone is at the end of the phone ready to take your call.

review - We'll ensure you always receive the best value
for money, as we'll regularly monitor your account and check your spending
levels. If we honestly don't feel you're receiving the best value for
money, we'll tell you so.
Free
environmental audit - We will audit your purchases of
supplies over the last three months and deliver you a report showing the
items that you buy that have recycled content and highlight other products
that are available as alternatives containing recycled materials. It will
also show any extra cost that may be involved in considering alternative
products along with the improved impact on the environment. Find

Try
before you buy - Simple! This
service has been designed for those awkward purchases when you're just
not sure a product is going to meet your requirements. So we'll deliver
the product directly to you unpackaged ready for use and then have the
opportunity to test the item for 2 days and if it's suitable we'll bill
you or if it's not quite right we'll come and collect. You don't have
to worry about keeping the packaging safe we'll do all that for you.
Collection
and recycling of used laser toner and Inkjet cartridges
- We'll collect all your recycled toner and inkjet cartridges and
for the more valuable ones we're sometimes able to offer you a rebate.
We'll even supply you a cardboard waste bin for this purpose and
once it's full just call us and we'll collect them. Just call
or email for your free Toner and inkjet recycling bin.
Dedicated
account manager - Not only do our larger clients benefit
from a dedicated named internal equations contact, you will also have
at your disposal one of our experienced Sales Account Managers, who are
