All prices with the exception of inkjet and toner cartridges are held firm for a period of 12 months, inkjet and toner cartridges are reviewed every 3 months. Your 99p per ream paper is allocated based on spend and also held for a period of 12 months. Every 3 months your equations account manager will review your account with us and prepare a report highlighting where your business can add and delete personalised price items to make sure your items constantly reflect the items your business buys. Plus if your IT manager buys a new machine you can add the consumables with out any hassle, just contact your account manager and they'll arrange for our very best price for that item to be added.
Another great reason for getting personalised prices is should you choose items that we stock in bulk then this means we can focus our purchases on a smaller range of items, therefore offer even greater savings! When we quote we'll always tell you if we have a better priced alternative for you to consider or environmentally friendly item including it's recycled content so you can make the choice that's right for your business.
