| We guarantee to deliver all in-stock orders the next business
day, providing Equations Business Supplies received the order
before 5.30pm.
If we are unable to deliver an order, the customer will not
pay for that order, providing it does not exceed £100
in value. Occasionally we may not have every item in stock.
Should this happen, we will inform our customers by e-mail
before 10.30am on the day of delivery of any items which we
are unable to deliver.
Furniture items are delivered flat packed for self assemnbly
and will be delivered to the UK Mainland within 7 working
days.
Confirmation of delivery date will be made by email within
48 hours.
Should you require installation we operate a nationwide installation
service and will be charged at 8% of the retail cost of the
item/s. For more information regarding our installation service

Acts of God cannot be included in this guarantee. Should, for whatever reason, either the customer's e-mail system or the e-mail system at Equations Business Supplies not be working, this guarantee does not apply.

TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED
We guarantee to correctly deliver all ordered goods.
We pack every item for delivery as ordered by the customer, unless the customer has specified in writing that they will accept a substitute item. Should an incorrect item, rather than the ordered item (or agreed substitute), be sent to the customer, Equations Business Supplies will send a replacement free of charge.
The customer needs to inform their Customer Service Manager by e-mail before 10:30am the day after receipt of the goods to qualify for a free replacement.A CORRECT INVOICE - We guarantee to correctly invoice the customer.
If any item is incorrectly priced on an invoice, the cost of that item will be credited to the customer's account. The customer needs to inform their Customer Service Manager by e-mail within 7 business days of receipt of invoice.
This guarantee only applies to prices that have been confirmed by the pricing department of Equations Business Supplies and received in writing by the customer. It does not include any price verbally quoted, either by the sales person or by the customer.

COLLECTION OF RETURNED GOODS
We guarantee to collect any goods to be returned within 48 hours of notification. If the goods are not collected within 48 hours, then the customer can keep the item or receive its replacement free of charge.
The customer needs to inform their Customer Service Manager 48 hours after the goods should have been collected. The goods must be ready for collection, packed in the original packaging and appropriately labelled. Should the driver attempt to collect the goods but find that the goods are not available, then this guarantee does not apply.
The Customer shall treat this offer as confidential. It is a contract between the Customer and Equations Business Supplies.
The conditions of this offer are in addition to and in no way negate Equations Business Supplies standard terms and conditions.
